FEM_BASIS_T4_DISPLAY():

  a finite element grid of T4 triangles.

  This program reads two files:

  * node_file,     the node file,
  * element_file,  the element file,

  The user specifies a basis function by node index,
  and the program displays a surface plot of that basis function.

  Node 12 occurs as local node 1 in element 4.
