football_dynamic_test():
  MATLAB/Octave version 9.8.0.1380330 (R2020a) Update 2
  football_dynamic() computes the number of ways
  of achieving a particular score in football.

  We assume scoring options are:

  +1 for a one point safety (returned conversion
     after the other team scores a touchdown.
  +2 for a safety;
  +3 for a field goal;
  +6 for a touchdown with no followup;
  +7 for a touchdown with a point bonus;
  +8 for a touchdown with two point conversion;
